Dozens of saunas, thousands of steam-filled moments. The Winter Sauna Carnival brings an extraordinary line-up of mobile saunas from across Finland to Ikaalinen Spa & Resort. In addition, at Saunamaailma Utu you can relax throughout the whole weekend while enjoying immersive Aufguss rituals. he event is organized by Ikaalinen Spa & Resort, Sauna-Atlas and Löylynlyöjät Ry. Step into the embrace of a snowy Finnish winter, feel the heat of the sauna, and experience the largest winter sauna event in the country!

Spend the day exploring a wide variety of individual saunas and relaxing in the warmth of the Spa. As night falls, the atmosphere shifts – and the evening parties take over, keeping the celebration going into the early hours.

Mobile saunas
A wide variety of stunning, unique, and experiential mobile saunas have registered for the Winter Sauna Carnival. Come experience the magic of saunas at the Winter Sauna Carnival and vote for your favorite sauna on site!
Programme
In addition to the program below, the area will feature horse-drawn transport, an ice hole for winter swimming, food and drink for sale (including juice and sausages), as well as licensed alcohol service at the smoke sauna.
Admission to the area is free via the outdoor entrance. Access to the sauna event itself is only with a wristband.

SAUNA RITUALS
On Friday and Saturday, in addition to Ikaalinen Spa’s own sauna masters Jura, Teija, Kristiina, and Enni, guest sauna masters Rianne van der Mierden and Vincent Steenbergen (Aufguss World Champions) from the Netherlands will be performing.
